Mr. Dallas: Wednesday's tippling tip, Fearing's

Ta-dum: The Ritz-Carlton and its Fearing's restaurant open today. You might have heard something about it before, if not this is a good primer. Mr. Dallas is going to step warily around Fearing's as a restaurant -- he's simply underqualified to tuck into the salad with "honey soy-glazed foie gras on caramelized ginger Parker County peaches" -- but he will sample the two bars tonight. Photos later.
